RESERVATIONS MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours before CHECK IN, 3PM to avoid charges for one day except Holidays. HOLIDAYS, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day: Reservations MUST be cancelled at least three days before the date of the reservation to avoid a 3 day charge for Memorial Day and Labor Day or a 5 day charge for the 4th of July. A $20.00 reservation deposit that applies to the first day is non-refundable.
